Returns

• Most items can be returned within 7 days of delivery, unused and with original tags.
• We do not offer exchanges. If you need a different size or colour, please return the item and place a new order.
• Innerwear, beauty products and earrings cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
• You can cancel an order free of charge from My Orders until it has been packed for dispatch.
• To start a return, open the order in My Orders and choose Return. Once it’s approved, a courier picks it up from your address.
• Refunds are issued when the items reach us: to your original payment method for online payments, and to your wallet for any wallet amount used. See our Terms of Use for details.
